Shuttle Company provides professional private transportation services within the Netherlands and surrounding regions, including:
Airport transfers
Business transportation
Hotel transfers
Private chauffeur services
Event transportation
All services are subject to availability.
Reservations & Confirmation
Bookings can be made online or through direct contact with our team.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from Shuttle Company.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional situations, including vehicle unavailability, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Pricing
All prices displayed or quoted are based on current rates and availability.
Prices may be adjusted due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Fuel price increases
Government regulations
Road tolls
Extreme weather conditions
Force majeure situations
Any updated pricing will always be communicated before confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Transfers
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
Hourly Services & Events
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Tours & Group Transportation
Different cancellation conditions may apply depending on the booking type and vehicle category.
No-Shows
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location without notice, the full amount may be charged.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Waiting Time
To ensure flexibility for travelers:
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing.
Train station pickups include up to 30 minutes waiting time.
When flight or train details are provided, our drivers monitor delays and adjust pickup times accordingly whenever possible.
Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.
Waiting costs per vehicle:
Business Sedan: €60,- Per Hour
Standard Van: €70 Per Hour
Firstclass Van: €70 Per Hour
Firstclass: €80,- Per Hour
Minibus €100,- Per Hour
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information
Ensuring contact details are correct
Being reachable on the provided phone number at pickup time
Informing us promptly about delays or changes
Failure to provide correct information may affect the service.
Liability
Shuttle Company aims to provide reliable and punctual services at all times. However, we are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Traffic congestion
Weather conditions
Accidents
Government restrictions
Road closures
Force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service unless otherwise required by law.
